Idajet Ismailaj and Florid Ismailaj, the two well-known businessmen of the companies “Albstar” and “Arena Center”, have been involved in a serious incident, hitting the other partner of the company, citizen Sokol Agalliu.

Journalist Elton Qyno has learned that a debate arose among the shareholders that then escalated into a physical altercation, where father and son beat up the company’s other shareholder, Sokol Agalliu.

The dispute is said to have occurred over the theft of 500 million old lek from the company’s treasury and the alienation of 750 m2 of land to “Manastiri Resort”.

Agalliu alleged and accused the two people during the meeting of the Shareholders’ Assembly of the “Finman” company, which is owned by the companies “Albstar shpk”, “Manastiri Resort shpk”, “Arena Center shpk”, and many other companies.

At 11:00 AM, the majority partner Idajet Ismailaj, along with his son Florid Ismailaj and their bodyguards, punched and hit with hard objects and threatened the life of the son of the other partner of the company, Sokol Agalliu.

The reason was after the latter discovered and accused them of stealing 500 million old lek from the company’s cash register and stealing 750 m2 from the “Manastiri Resort” company.

Currently, Sokol Agalliu is in the emergency room of “Salus” hospital in serious condition due to blows to the head and is undergoing scans and other medical tests. /Syri.net
